點心 – Dim Sum. Exquisitely made bite sized dishes inversely proportional to the flavour it packs. Each dish with its own unique texture, flavour, and aroma.

What started off as “lunch“ with family later developed into having lunch with friends later on in life – especially after graduation and with everyone moving away.

I’ve always had a thing for cooking. I remember frying my first egg, cooking my first dish, burning my first dish, cutting myself for the first time, and of course, getting my first burn.

After making it into the industry, I realized there was is a big void in dim sum – vegan dim sum. I’ve met many customers that have dietary restrictions that prevent them from being able to eat with their friends or families. It’s either sit awkwardly sipping tea in the corner or nibbling a tiny salad in hopes that you don’t have to explain for the umpteenth time why you’re not eating with the rest of the group.

With the experience I have accumulated working with the amazing chefs and clients, I hope to be able to share some of the delicious food and recipes I’ve curated over the years – and ones that are yet to come.
